1. Acceptance and eligibility
These terms govern your use of Photo Toolkit and its related website. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to accept these terms; minors must have consent and supervision from a parent or guardian where required.
2. The service
Photo Toolkit provides on-device tools that may include compression, resizing, format conversion, metadata cleanup, batch renaming, cropping, rotation, flipping, watermarking, PDF creation, presets, and local job history. Features may differ by device, operating-system version, app version, file format, free tier, or purchase status.
No account is required. The app is not a cloud storage, backup, recovery, archival, or photo-hosting service.
3. Your photos, files, and outputs
You retain ownership of your photos, files, and outputs. You grant the app permission to access and process only the content you select, solely to perform your requested operations on your device. We do not claim ownership of that content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to process, modify, watermark, export, or share content. You are also responsible for reviewing results before deleting originals or relying on an output, and for keeping appropriate backups. Some transformations are lossy or may remove metadata, transparency, color information, or format-specific features.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You must not use Photo Toolkit to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights; create or distribute unlawful or abusive content; bypass access controls; interfere with the app or platform; reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits; or misrepresent ownership or authenticity of content.
5. Free features and Lifetime Pro
The app may offer a free tier with limits and a one-time Lifetime Pro in-app purchase. Current features, limits, localized price, taxes, payment methods, refunds, family sharing, and availability are shown by the applicable app store and may vary by region. “Lifetime” refers to access for the supported lifetime of the Photo Toolkit product and compatible platforms; it does not guarantee that every future feature, operating system, device, or separate product will be supported forever.
Payment and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms. You may use the app’s restore-purchase function where supported. We may need to change purchase identifiers or entitlements to comply with store requirements, while making reasonable efforts to preserve valid access.
6. Platform and third-party services
The app relies on operating-system services for selecting photos and files, saving, sharing, and processing app-store purchases. When you send an output to another app, cloud drive, messaging service, printer, or website, your relationship with that destination is governed by its terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, network availability, or actions taken after you choose to share an output.
7. Changes, compatibility, and availability
We may improve, add, remove, or modify features; change free-tier limits; or discontinue support for devices, formats, or operating-system versions. We aim to provide a reliable utility but do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every image, metadata variant, codec, device, or future platform release. Updates may be required for continued use.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, perfect output fidelity, or recovery of lost content. Always keep source-file backups and test important workflows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of photos, metadata, revenue, business, or data arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Photo Toolkit during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, platform, or legal changes. We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice for material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms; if you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.
10. Contact and general terms
For support or legal questions, use the developer support contact shown on Photo Toolkit’s official app-store listing. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. App-store terms may apply in addition to this agreement and control where they are mandatory.

你应确保有权处理、修改、添加水印、导出或分享相关内容，并在删除原件或依赖处理结果前自行检查输出和妥善备份。部分处理属于有损转换，可能删除元数据、透明度、色彩信息或格式特有功能。
4. 合理使用
你只能在遵守适用法律和他人权利的前提下使用本应用。不得利用 Photo Toolkit 侵犯著作权、隐私权、肖像或其他权利，制作或传播违法或侵害性内容，绕过访问控制，干扰应用或平台，实施法律未明确允许的逆向工程，或歪曲内容的所有权与真实性。
5. 免费功能与终身专业版
应用可能提供带额度限制的免费版本和一次性购买的终身专业版。当前功能、限制、本地价格、税费、支付方式、退款、家庭共享及地区可用性，以对应应用商店显示为准。“终身”指在 Photo Toolkit 产品及兼容平台获得支持的生命周期内享有相关权益，并不保证所有未来功能、系统、设备或独立产品永久受到支持。
付款和退款由 Apple 或 Google 根据其商店条款处理。在支持的情况下，你可使用恢复购买功能。为符合商店要求，我们可能调整商品标识或权益实现，并会合理努力保留有效购买的访问权限。
6. 平台与第三方服务
应用依赖操作系统完成照片和文件选择、保存、分享，并依赖应用商店处理购买。当你把输出发送至其他应用、云盘、消息服务、打印机或网站时，你与该目标服务的关系受其条款和隐私政策约束。对于第三方服务、网络可用性以及你主动分享后的处理行为，我们不承担责任。
7. 变更、兼容性与可用性
我们可能改进、新增、移除或调整功能，改变免费额度，或停止支持某些设备、格式和系统版本。我们致力于提供可靠工具，但无法保证持续无中断，也无法保证兼容所有图像、元数据变体、编解码器、设备或未来平台版本。继续使用可能需要安装更新。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”提供，不保证运行不中断、适用于特定目的、不侵权、输出完全无损或可恢复遗失内容。请始终备份源文件并先测试重要流程。
在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及因使用应用产生的照片、元数据、收入、业务或数据损失承担责任。若责任依法不能排除，其上限为引发索赔事件前十二个月内你为 Photo Toolkit 支付的金额。本协议不排除适用消费者法律中依法不得排除的权利或责任。
9. 协议更新
为反映产品、平台或法律变化，我们可能更新本协议，并更新生效日期；重大变化将通过适当方式通知。更新生效后继续使用表示接受修订内容；如不同意，请停止使用并卸载应用。

如需支持或咨询法律问题，请使用 Photo Toolkit 官方应用商店页面中列出的开发者支持联系方式。若某条款不可执行，其余条款继续有效；未执行某条款不构成权利放弃。应用商店条款可能同时适用，并在其具有强制效力时优先。
