This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Toolkit handles information when you use the mobile application and this website. “We,” “us,” or “Photo Toolkit” refers to the developer offering the application. The app is designed for offline photo processing and does not require an account.
This policy covers information handled by Photo Toolkit itself. Apple, Google, your device operating system, and any destination you choose through the system share sheet process information under their own policies.
2. Information and photo handling
Photos and files you select
You choose the photos or files to process. The app reads them on your device to perform the requested operation, such as compression, resizing, format conversion, metadata removal, renaming, cropping, rotation, flipping, watermarking, or PDF creation. We do not receive or upload these source photos to our servers.
Technical and usage data
Photo Toolkit does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated analytics. We do not receive a history of the photos you edit or the tools you use.

This static website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. If you change its language, that preference is stored locally in your browser using local storage and is not sent to us.
3. Device permissions
The app may request Photo Library access when you choose photos or save results. File access is provided through the operating system’s file picker, and sharing is provided through the system share sheet. You control the items selected and may change Photo Library access at any time in system Settings. The app does not request contacts, microphone, camera, precise location, or tracking permission for its core photo-processing features.
Source photos may already contain metadata such as capture time, camera details, or location. This metadata is read locally only as part of opening or transforming the file. Metadata cleanup lets you remove supported metadata from output files.
4. Information stored on your device
Outputs are saved to the destination you choose or to Photo Toolkit’s local output area. App settings, language choice, presets, purchase entitlement state, privacy-policy acceptance, and limited job history may be stored locally to provide the app’s features. Photo paths are not retained in job history. You can delete outputs, presets, or history through the app or system file controls, and uninstalling the app removes app-private data according to your operating system’s behavior.
Because processing is local, you are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining backups of important source photos.
5. App stores and operating-system services
If you make a Lifetime Pro purchase, Apple or Google processes the transaction. Photo Toolkit receives only the entitlement or transaction status needed to unlock and restore the purchase; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Photo selection, file selection, saving, and sharing are provided by operating-system services. These platform providers may process device, account, transaction, or destination information under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal data and do not share photos with advertisers or data brokers. If you explicitly share an output to another app or service, that recipient’s privacy terms apply.
6. Your choices and controls
- Select only the photos and files you want the app to access.
- Change or revoke Photo Library access in system Settings.
- Choose where outputs are saved and delete them using app or system controls.
- Clear presets or job history in the app where available.
- Stop all future app processing by uninstalling the app.
Because we do not operate user accounts or a cloud photo database, there is ordinarily no server-side account or photo record for us to access, export, or delete. For a privacy question, contact us using the support channel in the app-store listing.
7. Children and minors
Photo Toolkit is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an account, advertising, analytics, or cloud-upload service. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor’s use where required by local law and should review any photos before they are shared.
8. Security and retention
Keeping processing on the device reduces exposure to network transmission and developer-operated storage. No method of device storage is completely secure, so keep your device protected and maintain backups. We do not retain copies of your source photos or outputs on our servers because the app does not upload them to us.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy when features, legal requirements, or platform behavior change. The effective date and version will be updated on this page. If a change materially affects how the app handles data, we will provide an appropriate in-app notice and may ask you to review the updated policy again.

3. 设备权限
当你选择照片或保存结果时，应用可能请求相册权限；文件访问通过系统文件选择器完成，分享通过系统分享面板完成。你决定具体选择哪些内容，并可随时在系统设置中调整相册权限。核心照片处理功能不会请求通讯录、麦克风、相机、精确位置或追踪权限。
源照片本身可能包含拍摄时间、相机信息或位置等元数据。应用仅在本地打开或转换文件时读取这些信息；元数据清理功能可以从输出文件中删除受支持的元数据。
4. 设备本地存储
处理结果保存在你选择的位置，或 Photo Toolkit 的本地输出区域。为实现功能，应用可能在本地保存设置、语言、预设、购买权益状态、隐私政策同意状态和有限的任务历史；任务历史不会保留照片路径。你可以通过应用或系统文件管理删除结果、预设和历史。卸载应用会依照操作系统规则删除应用私有数据。
