FIELD REPORT TERMS
Field Report is developed and operated by Tianjin Chenwei Technology Co., Ltd. It helps turn site information and photos into PDF reports. Please read these Terms carefully, especially the sections on user content, in-app purchases, professional review, backups, and liability.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Tianjin Chenwei Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your download, installation, access, and use of the Field Report app, website, and related features. By agreeing in the app or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Field Report provides report creation and editing, photo capture and import, cropping and annotation, ordering and grouping, templates, inspection conclusions, handwritten signatures, PDF preview, saving, printing, sharing, local backup, and Pro entitlement features. Availability may vary by version, device, operating system, and app-store channel.
Field Report is a documentation tool. It is not an engineering certification, safety approval, legal opinion, regulatory approval, project-management system, or financial-settlement system.
You retain applicable rights to and responsibility for project details, client information, addresses, photos, captions, conclusions, signatures, logos, and other content you enter, capture, import, edit, export, or share. You must ensure the content is lawful, necessary, accurate to the extent required, and properly authorized.
You must obtain any permissions needed to capture, store, process, and share personal images, signatures, trademarks, confidential business information, or other protected material. Review each report, photo relationship, conclusion, signature, and recipient before delivery.
Do not use Field Report for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, harassing, or unsafe content. Do not attack, reverse engineer in violation of law, disrupt the service, or bypass purchase and entitlement controls.
Apple or Google handles purchases. Operating-system and user-selected services handle sharing, printing, file import, and backup destinations. Their own terms apply. See the Third-party Services Notice.
The current app stores reports locally and does not provide a Field Report cloud account or automatic report sync. Export ZIP backups appropriate to the importance of your records and verify that your chosen storage location is secure and accessible.
Uninstalling, device loss or damage, system cleanup, accidental deletion, or inadequate backups may make local data unrecoverable. Exported or shared copies are controlled separately by their destination.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security, support devices and platform rules, comply with law, or adjust product plans. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, except for urgent fixes or legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The product is intended for professional and business use. Minors should use it only with guardian guidance where required. Users processing a minor’s image or information must obtain necessary authorization and minimize the information recorded.
We may update these Terms when features, service models, third parties, or laws change. Material updates will be presented in the app or on the website and may require renewed agreement.
