FIELD REPORT PRIVACY
Field Report is developed, operated, and provided by Tianjin Chenwei Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Field Report is a local-first tool for creating photo-based site reports. The current version has no account system, advertising SDK, proprietary cloud sync, or remote behavioral analytics service.
This Policy applies to the Field Report app and this product website. We process information lawfully, fairly, transparently, for defined purposes, and only to the extent reasonably necessary. We do not sell your reports, photos, or personal information, and we do not use them for personalized advertising.
Field Report works offline by default. Report content leaves the app only when you actively use system sharing, printing, or backup and select a destination.

The current app does not require an account, collect contacts or advertising identifiers, or include remote analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
You can change permissions in system settings. Refusing a permission only limits the related feature.
We do not share report content with unrelated parties except at your direction, where legally required, or where necessary to protect lawful rights. External services are limited mainly to Apple App Store / StoreKit, Google Play Billing, and the operating-system sharing, printing, and file-selection services you invoke.
See the Third-party Services Notice. Open-source Flutter components provide local database, image, PDF, and interface functionality; using those libraries does not mean report content is sent to their authors.
App reports, settings, and managed files are stored in the app sandbox on your device. You may export a ZIP backup. After export, the destination’s terms and your own handling determine its retention and security.
Deleting a report removes its database record and app-managed copies but does not delete original photos in your system library. Uninstalling normally removes the local app container. Files exported elsewhere remain there until separately deleted.
The website uses HTTPS and reasonable server safeguards. No electronic system is completely secure; keep independent backups of important business records.
You can view and correct report details, captions, company information, and defaults; delete individual or multiple reports; turn device permissions off; and export PDFs or ZIP copies. Because the current version has no Field Report account or cloud report library, there is no online account to close.
To withdraw consent, stop using and uninstall the app. Manage exported copies separately. Contact us for requests concerning website logs or other applicable privacy rights.
Field Report is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children below the digital-consent age in their region. If a report must contain a minor’s image or information, the user must obtain necessary consent and limit processing to what the report requires.
We may update this Policy when features, third-party services, processing practices, or legal requirements change. The app records the accepted policy version and will request consent again for material updates.
