2. Operating-system and selected destination services
The following are invoked only when you choose to use them: camera and photo library for report evidence and logos; system sharing for PDFs and ZIP backups; system printing for a confirmed PDF; and file selection for backup import or export destinations.
A destination app, cloud drive, communication service, print service, or device provider may process content under its own terms. Review the destination before sending business material.
3. Local open-source components
Field Report uses Flutter ecosystem libraries for local database, image selection and processing, PDF generation, printing, sharing, and file selection. They run as part of the app and do not by themselves mean report content is sent to library authors.
Relevant components include Flutter, Riverpod, go_router, Drift, image_picker, photo_manager, image_cropper, pdf, printing, share_plus, file_selector, path_provider, and in_app_purchase.
4. Changes
If Field Report later adds cloud sync, accounts, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, or another service that transmits information externally, we will update this notice and the Privacy Policy and request consent where required.
